Physical Education (PE)

We inspire all children to develop a life-long long for health and well-being, physical activity and exercise.

Our PE curriculum teaches children how to look after their bodies and how to enhance their emotional well-being. This also links into our tool kits used in Zones of Regulation in our behaviour policy.

Our children engage in high quality, active, engaging and challenging PE sessions which encourages progressions of skill. Children have opportunities to respresent the school and to know the value of healthy competition in line with our school core values.

PE is linked to other subjects in the curriculum such as science. It is important to us that all children can participate in PE and we work with children and families to remove any barriers to this so that all children can flourish.
